I am a new graduate & new hire to the Providence Health System in Oregon. I don't know if this is something unique to my area in Oregon, or if it is something done throughout the Providence system. How many of you had to do the labs where your skills were assessed before you started working on your unit? I believe it is called the "competency based assessment." I am a little unsure about what to expect so any information would be appreciated. Thanks!
