Any UCLA Fall 2008 MSN for NP applicants?

I applied to UCLA for the fall 2008 MSN for NP in cute care. I applied in November 2007. I was told I would hear back in early February. I have not heard back yet and the school continues to tell me I am in "final review." I am also out of state, so I don't know if that makes a difference? Has anyone else heard back yet/gotten accepted?
