Okay it is time for our annual in-service fair. I want it to be fun and a great learning experience. Over the past couple of years, I have had presentation boards to them to view and complete a test while looking at it. This was a good change at first but now i want something fun and exciting? I want to create a game of some sort but I know for the state I have to have docuemtation that all of the objective and areas were covered. Anyone have fun exciting ideas? I have all of the props for a tropical theme! Please help!

Our fire department does an annual "stuff the state says we have to cover" fair and we do things like Jeopardy games for infection control, skills demonstrations, relay races to find things in the trucks, videos, races to put a list of steps for a skill in order, HIPAA scenarios...
