Hi People!

I never did update you! Just wanted to say that I left my Unit Manager position after about 3 months back sometime in July. I knew I would leave it. I wasn't happy with it. I am not trying to talk down LTC. Glad some of you stay in the trenches! It wasn't for me. I was very happy working through an agency. Liked my assignment enough to take a position there! It's correctional nursing! I am surprised at how well it seems to work for me!
