need some help with training

I run our Part A unit I want to train the CNA's that work that area to get the resident to do for them self ect this is rehab to home unit i need some help to get this going.. need some training forms ect any help would be great!!!! thanks

also trying to get the restoritive nursing program going we dont have any cert class in AR does any one have info on this?? of can email me some forms to help??

My facility uses "restorative aides" who are CNA's trained in ROM's, ambulation, and other facets of rehab for our residents. That's all they do. They have a list of who needs what and work throughout the facility to help get people moving. I don't know if that's what your looking for. You can email me and I'll give you the info on my facility and who to talk to. They may be able to help you with what you're looking for.
