My LTC center is being bought by Careage, anyone heard of them?

I reside in the rual midwest and have heard that this company owns several facilities throughout Iowa and Nebraska. Im hoping to hear from anyone who may be able to tell me what changes I am in for. So far it sounds good, better insurance, a retirement plan and more benifits. So...Anyone heard of Careage?
