How is elderly care managed ?

I have been directing Nursing Homes in the UK and would like to know and correspond with nurses organising care in other countries

Hi Lawrence Perry.
I would love to hear how Aged Care is being managed in the UK. If you would like an Australian perspective I would be glad to exchange information.

Hi Lawrence...I'm a nurse in a small nursing home in Canada. I'm sure we share alot of common concerns and difficulties. I'd like to share information with you. The three areas that we are presently focusing on is pain managment, wound care and behaviours. Hopefully you have some insight for me, and I can share what I've learned with you.
