Very right you are...remember though, we are talking about an MD! Unless he gets caught doing something that is illegal, like batting another woman around (it'll happen, it almost always does) it's going to be really hard.
The LTC facility is very likely unwillingly praying (they'd never admit it) the nursing staff will catch any boo boos he's making.
I'd probably call everybody I could think of. Ive got major issues when I am sure I am right I don't let go until it is hopeless!
