Re: Would you marry a female MD?

First of all, what kind of MD? Also is she any good at what she does? Hell we've all met smarter sanitation engineers than some of the MDs we've known.
Face it though we're guys and if she's hot who cares if she stares into a microscope all day, or any other orifice, or saves lives or is a sanitation engineer. LOL
Either way it's a life sentence and she could always change professions.

Re: Would you marry a female MD?

An RN friend of mine did just that. She's an ER doc. They just got married about 6 months ago after dating for awhile...now they're going to move to Hawaii soon. Lucky.

Me? I'd do it...if I could find the right one (you know, the bangin' bod, personality, and libido to go along with it).

Sure.

Re: Would you marry a female MD?

Marry her, we can live on my future nursing income, invest all of her income and retire millionaires at the age of 40. Smooth sailing after that.

You forgot about the $300,000 worth of med school loans.

That was probably what he meant by "live on my nursing income".

Re: Would you marry a female MD?

Why do you guys concentrate on that 300K of loans she owes. Who cares if she does, she can pay that off in a couple of years tops with her salary.

Plus in Arizona where I live, med school is not 300K, it is more like half of that.

No.... he meant live on his salary to invest her salary in order to allow for retirement by 40...

4yrs undergrad + 4 years med school + 3 year residency making jack squat + 1-3 year fellowship making jack squat = a LOT of money owed.

She'd have to make some pretty sick money to pay off $300k worth of loans "in a couple of years" what with how Uncle Sam tends to take most of our money these days.

Obviously if you love the woman, marry her. We're just being facetious here....
