It is totally differant I have not had a good experiance yet. I get over whelmed by all the meds to hand out on 28 pts. I run from the moment I get in till 400 and no breaks or help.They keep telling me that it will get easy over time,but If I can get a nights sleep with out fearing I forgot something and most of all a med error. I am a new grad and am concidering diaylsis job in hopes that it will be a little more controlled. You being a tech. how do you feel.
