Just curious as to what you all do when you aren't working.

I am in school, church, or volunteering as a firefighter. Every now and then, I get out in the shop with my dad.

How bout you guys?

Hm....what don't I do?

The usual, watch movies, go to dinner with friends.

I also spend a lot of time volunteering for a camp for children who have (or are survivors of) cancer.

Last year, we put in a home theater, so I watch NASCAR, the Yankees and the Bills. We also do remodeling and renovating work.

I also go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, bowl every sunday, go to movies, walk the dogs and read uncomplicated easy to read novels as much as I can. Proving it's possible to be a nurse and have a life.

I enjoy birdwatching and photography (mostly nature photography). When the weather's fit, I like bicycling. When the weather's nasty, I play with and/or act as furniture for my cats, and surf the 'Net. I am considering a resolution to drink more in the New Year.

Grad school. Drag my soft carcass to the gym in pursuit of a six-pack. Surf the net. Dinner and movies with friends. In that order.

well that should take a while... my mage is still only 11th level after playing her for longer than i care to remember!!

spare time.. do people have spare time?? I am too busy doing a masters and fencing (with epee and sabre) to have any spare time!!

YOU DON'T WATCH NASCAR??? And you call yourself a southerner...

I was born in Virginia and raised in North Carolina. Moved to NY while in high school. I still eat grits, barbecue and sweet tea. And after a couple of beers, I'm "y'allin'" everybody!

So. You don't watch NASCAR. Hmph.
