Leaving this up, for the time being, as a reminder to other new users that it's better to use Private Message (PM) than start a thread for this purpose. Click "My Account" tab to access PM option. Also, please be careful not to include contact info such as personal e-mail, phone number, etc, in a post. I'm sure the vast majority of users are decent, lovely people, but you never know who may be lurking.
