"male" scrub top patterns

does anyone here know of where i could get scrub tops with a more masculine pattern...i've seen some like cars,boats,sports,etc...i'd assume it would be an online store. i'm looking for more like a whole line of male patterns then just a store with a couple of different patterns for men.

thanks in advance,
jay

Hey jay,
I have the same problem as you. The easiest thing that I have found is if you have access to someone who sews is to go to a fabric store or even walmart has some really good designs and buy the fabric and get it made to fit you. I lucked out my wife and mother in law both sew.

Are you sure you want that? Just the concept of patterns itself seems very non-masculine to me.

well, like i said, i saw some men wearing patterns and liked it. one guy had boats and fishing poles and the like and it was very masculine. one guy i saw had guitars, i really liked that one and it looked masculine. so yes, i would like to wear a masculine pattern. wearing solids all the time just gets to me. plus i wear just dark colors, navy blue and black, but i would like a "punch of color" for my top, so i don't look like "nurse death" coming! right now i work as a cna, but next year when i graduate i want to wear "ems" style black & navy blue pants with different scrub tops.

thanks,
jay

Hard to find but do a search, Google, Dogpile, and you will find a number of foreign companies that sell a variety of patterns. The ones I usually like end of being discontinued.

Re: "male" scrub top patterns

My husband had the same problem with not finding any male patterned scrubs. He looks at all these flowered, teddy bears, prissy and girley patterns. He had me make him some tops from scratch. He picked out some patterns and i sewed him a couple. Maybe you can find someone that lives nearby to make you a few. Or you can just check out the internet under male nursing scrubs. You might get lucky...
