Happy Nursing week. Our nurse leadership award was given to a male nurse and he deserved the award. He is a hard worker, single dad of 2, NEVER complained when asked to work on the floor and had the least amount of overtime. He received the most votes and will still answering the phone when we were giving him the award. I need 5 more nurses with the same qualities.
