Endoscopy carts

We would like to purchase new Endoscopy carts for our endo suites. I was wondering what other units have and if they work well for you.

Re: Endoscopy carts

I work in a brand new center, so we have new Olympus carts. They're nice, but I don't know about pushing them around since we don't have to do that. I don't know if you need portability. In the hospital I used to work in we had some awful carts that were so difficult to push around to the units when we had to do a procedure in one of the ICU units.

Re: Endoscopy carts

We just recently replaced all of our equipment. We purhcased our cart through Pentax. Pentax does not manufacture the cart, however you can call them and get the information on them. They are modular. You can take all or some of the drawers from one side and move them to the other if you want to and same with all the shelves. I love this new design. The old designs were very rigid and you had to maintain everything in this one order to fit everything. It wasn't too pricey either. Good luck!
