Question Trouble viewing videos ..

I have installed the latest Adobe player flash plug in, have rebooted my computer and tried both Firefox and IE but all I get is a blank white box. It looks like it is trying to load in IE but after 15 or more minutes, nothing. I have high speed cable and a fairly new computer with lots of available memory.

Any tips? And/or anywhere I can view a non-video description of what is available in both platinum and premium (aside from the chart).

Thanks in advance!

Re: Discuss: Platinum Membership

Not attempting to be the Negative Nancy, but the Platinum membership doesn't really offer anything i need right now. I don't need the extra space or extra sig line, or anything like that. $60 dollars is somewhat steep when i factor it in with my nursing magazine, associations, and supply expenses.

But....

However, i feel much more rewarded if i just keep renewing my premium status, and play Semi-Secret Santa, and buy someone else a premium membership who wants one so bad, but can't afford it.

That's a kind and thoughtful thing to do.

I'll probably upgrade to it when I get out of nursing school (I've got so many school expenses that I REALLY need that student membership rate!). But for now, I have to agree that Platnium isn't offering me anything I need that Premium hasn't already covered. Plus, with a little practice, one does get able to tune out those ads on the side

Re: Discuss: Platinum Membership

Hi Brian: Guess I'm to new at the whole site to compare prior to the platinum offer. But I did buy the package because I use this whole site everyday! The only complaint I have is that in a post of someone's I can click on their link and get the info, but when I click on for instance the Platinum Video again nothing comes up for me. Remember I emailed about the 8min tutorial.....ahhhh frustrating. My computer is not a dinosaur, it's a year old wireless, so I would think it should work for you tutorials. Whatever you did the last time to help me with the 8 mn one worked so I could view it, could I view the platinum the same way?
Thanks for the pen promise!!!!

Re: Discuss: Platinum Membership

Sorry for taking so long to see that you are having problems with viewing the video. Are you able to see any kind of videos on youtube? If so, you should be able to view these? My best guess is that you have some software, firewall or a very slow internet connection that takes forever to download and view the video?

If you are still having problems, please contact us via the contact us link at the bottom of the page. Thanks

Re: Discuss: Platinum Membership

For those who do not want to upgrade to Platinum, I totally understand. There were several users who requested to offer an "Ads Free" faster loading, less busy option. So we came up with the Platinum membership option for those who wanted it. Hope that helps! Thanks for your support!

Hey I have a friend on here that paid for a platinum membership and she paid I think by CC. Now she still shows as registered. Who does she contact?

Tell her to post in the admin help desk forum, txspadequeen. That way, we can address the issue.
