Cograts to all the new mods ,but I thought Thunderwolf was already an co-admin or admin. I guess I dont really understand the levels of staff involved here. COngrats anyway... you mods keep me in-line

Siri and P_RN are most correct regarding the choice of new Mods...many factors involved. I would like to add that maybe as the board grows and becomes more complex, new Mods are needed. Makes sense. The need has to be present first. Next, who are the likely candidates? In ways it depends upon how one presents oneself on the board, if supportive to other members, follows TOS guidelines, and has some clinical/technical ability. But, much is discussed when the time for adding new Mods presents itself. I hope this helps a little.

Hi there gramtear2003, and welcome to Allnurses. Many of us post in the daily thread when we log on. Its title for example is usually, "Good Morning, Wed. Nov 2, 2005." located in the Break Room. Be sure to check it out. There are a lot of very friendly people here.
