What happened to the chatroom? Is it being boycotted. What happened to my account has this site been revamped so I have lost some priveleges? I may opt for the premium membership sometime in the future, not able to spend much money right now, but I do like it here.

Brian, I hate to see things like this done, BUT I agree 100% with what you did. This helps to keep the chat room open for those that care about what we do. The chat room is a place that we can go to talk about medical stuff or unwind after a nutty (stressful) day.

I have been a member to allnurses.com for a few months now, had computer problems so I have not been on till I tried today. After installing my new computer I tried to sign in and WOW could not get in to chat how come?

I have been using the chat room to talk to the other nurses. I enjoy talking to them but now I realized that I have to do a few post in order to keep up with the requirements to use the chatroom

You must have a minumum of 15 posts in order to continue your Chat Room privileges. This requirement was started this past week.

We also hope everyone will continue to post on the main board after fullfilling this requirement.

Hi ya...Triage here! I was wondering if it would be possible to have a link on some of the posting areas that indicates when people are on the chat?

I love talking to other nurses, and have made some great friends! However, many times all of us have gone there with no one there, so we go to post things..come back and missed someone..LOL!

I know the subject of Trolls very well..totally understand the new criteria and agree! It is so hard to keep them out yet still be fair, and I think this is very fair considering. I have had three chat sites, all were finally shut down because I couldn't be there watching full time, nor could my mods . I miss those...but now I just try to keep things lively in your chat room, and fun to visit because I love it sooooooo!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the hard work the admin and mods do every day! I know the job, and appreciate what you do! Heck, it is kinda fun just being a chatter for once..LOL!
