Physical Examination

hey,
can any1 help me with the physical examination..well its not that i don knw how to do...i knw how to carry out but i feel its not enough so if there is an1 who cud help plz do help...the main problem that i face is i am not sure if the things that i look are enough or not..do hep me...

Butterfly. . .there are a number of websites listed in this thread: Some of the links are from medical schools and have pictures or video clips to help explain the examination procedures. There are also some links to actual worksheets that include information that you need to collect during your physical exam and assessment of the patient. Also, attached at the bottom of this reply is a Student Clinical Report Sheet for one patient that you can click on, open up the file, print out and use. It contains Review of Systems information on it in the lower 2/3rds. It would be a very good idea for you to begin to make your own list with each of the body systems on it and some of the things you are discovering that you should be assessing for. As you read different articles and books you will often find things to add to your own list. Or, you will like the way an author word something and you'll want to remember it.
