Hi guys! I have a paper for my Leadership class and I need to interview an active or retired charge nurse or nurse manager for that paper. Following are the questions I need for the interviewee to answer, and I also need for him/her to include his/her name, position, and place of employment (along with city/state), or if s/he is retired, the last place of employment. 3. To whom are you more responsible, your team or your facility, and why? Are there times when that changes? When?
