i bought a care plan book ffrom amazon and really it has saved my life. It saves so much time and energy trust me. And since u have to learn them anyway, those books really sum up important info and help u related each concept...i'll look for the title of the one I have and post the link here when I find it.
Dont worry, it gets easier once u'r used to it.
