Interview with Critical Care Manager/Educator/CNS

I'm presently doing a course that requires me to interview a senior manager (patient care manager, educator, clinical nurse specialist) in a Critical Care Nursing Setting. I'm an RN student taking class in Critical Care Nursing.

Topics I'm looking to discuss include:
- Impact of Critical Care health care on the population
- Urban vs Rural Critical Care nursing differences and effects on the population
- Opportunities and challenges for change in the immediate future.
- Problems or concerns you feel are present in Critical Care Nursing

If you are interested, or feel that you even have some comments you think would be relevent could you please reply to this post or send me a PM through allnurses.

Thanks in advance for the help with my assignment
