Forms for Floor Nurses

Does anyone have examples of forms to use with regard to keeping track of VS, meds, etc. for several patients during your shift on the floor?

Thanks.

Re: Forms for Floor Nurses

Thanks for your "brains" Daytonite!

I'm in second semester and we've been taking care of 2 patients during our leadership phase of clinicals. What a huge difference just adding one patient to the mix makes. I don't know how I'll ever be able to handle any more.
