is this correct? anatomy question about neurons

multipolar has one axon and many dendrites (ex: interneurons and motor neutrons)
bipolar has one dendrite and one axon (ex: retina and olfactory nerves which are both sensory in function)
unipolar has one axon and no dendrite
(above all has a cell body)
or is it
multipolar has many dendrites, cell body in the middle, and one axon
bipolar has dendrite, cell body in the middle, and one axon
unipolar has dendrite, axon, and cell body sticking out on the side of the axon
which grouping is correct? or am i wrong in both cases?
