I have an assignment on a care plan. So, I have to make this "med surg card"
The disorder is
corneal dystrophy. The card is an index card that should have:
Etiolgy, pathophysiology, S/SX, Medical DX, Nursing DX, Treatment, interventions/implications, and last client teaching. This is my last care plan but I have problems looking for this info. I'm stuck on
treatments, interventions, nursing implications, and client teaching. I mean, what can you say to someone who has that along with dementia. Anyone familiar with this disorder??
(Not much info online except that there is about 20 disorders falling under corneal dystrophy)
