Help! - Anyone have Family Nursing: Research, Theory, and Practice book

HELP!!!!!!! Does anyone have Family Nursing: Research, Theory, and Practice book?? If so, could you scan/email me the copies of p595(its suppose to be the Friedman short form family assessment??

Pg. 595 is the O'Shea Family case study. If you just need the short form assessment, you'll need pp. 593-594 (appendix B).

**I would strongly suggest you get the textbook for this class.**

I just need a sample of a short form Friedman Family Assessment so I know what I'm doing w/mine. I can't get the book. I've looked everywhere for it and my assignment is due on Wednesday 5/28/08.
