Re: Premium Membership and recent changes to the forums

Mini Premium Member FAQ

How soon will I gain access to my premium privledges?
  1. If you pay with Credit Card using Paypal, you should get instant access to your premium features!

Rarely we have problems with instant access, but if you have problems with your premium status, please contact us and please send us your PayPal transaction ID and your username and any details
  2. If you pay by check using paypal, it takes 4 days for your check to clear then your premium membership is activated.
  3. If you mail check in, there is a delay for mailing, once your check clears, your premium membership is activated.
How do I renew my membership?
You can easily renew your membership, or add on length to your current membership by just purchasing a premium membership as you would signing up for a new membership. Example: By purchasing a 12 month membership, it will extend your current membership 12 months. If your membership is already expired, just purchase a membership to re-activate your subscription.
Can I mail my payment in the form of a check?
Yes, If you'd prefer to mail us a check or money order in US FUNDS (Please note, that this process will take longer to gain access to your membership), please make it payable to allnurses.com, and make sure to put your username either in the memo section of the check or attach note with username and send it to:

ALLNURSES.COM, INC.

Thanks

Do I need a paypal account?

Q: Do I need a paypal account to pay for my premium membership?

A: No, you do not need a paypal account to pay for your premium membership. You can pay with credit card, debit card, check etc...
To pay with credit card without a paypal account, follow these steps in the screenshots below.
  1. Choose your membership you want from the following page:http://allnurses.com/forums/payments.php then click the order button. You will be sent to a page looking similar to the one below to clarify your purchase, click the Order using PayPal button:

  2. You will then be taken to a page looking like below, click the "Don't have a Paypal Account link:
    screenshot:
  3. Then the next page will look something similar to below, you can enter your credit/debit card info on this page.

Hope that helps!
