" I was keeping my soul and my role connected".

Doing conflit dynamics profiles helps identify behaviours that solve conflict.....
conflict is a good thing as long as you don't kill people with it.

After reading this article it made me think of what a wonderful woman and nurse she is. Very unselfish it appears.

Sounds like she was at the top of her field and is going to do quite well training others to follow in her footsteps. But I do wonder how her children felt about her working at their games instead of watching them play, and if she feels as if she missed something. I just feel fortunate that Mr. O'Myacin both have jobs where we can leave it all at the door when we leave for the day.

I know I felt guilty missing or showing up late at my son's events. We've discussed that now he is an adult, but at the time it was hard. I hear what you are saying.
