Re: Stupid question and a sane question :)

This thread made me laugh so much! I did the same thing. I actually took my acceptance letter to the school, then bout had a panic attack because I was scared I might have marked the wrong space. These spaces are just so precious, makes ya kinda nutty!! At least I know I was in good company.

Yup, I hand delivered mine to the school...and then walked away and thought...what if the secretary misplaces it and it STILL gets lost?! *SIGH*
I did go to our first little orientation they had slotted and they had a nametag all ready and waiting for me, so I guess the secretary did not lose it...hahaha!

LOL!! I went to my school and the secretary was gone but they was a folder thing on her door to leave it in but I wouldn't--what if she didn't see it or someone took it so it would open up a space. I went home and emailed her to get permission to mail it to her--I ended up mailing it certified.

Same thing here Misserella...I was so anxious and excited that I drove to the school to deliver mine in person, wondered why there were no cars in the parking lot and then realized it was Good Friday! I laughed to myself the whole way home. Then on Monday, went back and handed it in to the actual coordinator of admissions....I was so nervous just doing that! I just kept thinking about the part of the letter that said "failure to turn in the letter of intent by the requested date will remove your name..."

My school did two pools of applicants. I was in the first and they are finishing up the second pool now and will be done by the first week of June. So I have not received an orientation letter yet and of course am obessing about that! It never ends!
