Does anyone know any information on the "quality" of the SFSU GMSN program, or even the SFSU School of Nursing itself?

I have recently been accepted to the Samuel Merritt ELMSN program in Oakland and I have heard many good things about the school. I also saw and was told that last year's Samuel Merritt students scored a perfect 100% in their first attempt at the NCLEX.

Also, I should note that I haven't received any acceptance/denial letter from SFSU, but I am merely trying to prepare for the upcoming months and it would be great to have more insight on SFSU should I happen to be accepted and be forced to make a decision.

Congrats on your acceptance into Sam Merritt's program! May I ask which one you got into--FNP or CM? I interviewed for the FNP program last month and haven't received a response just yet.

Anyways, I haven't heard anything about the GMSN program, but do know of people who are either in or have already graduated from SFSU's BSN program. The one who graduated from the program last year really enjoyed it while the other who's currently in the program had similar sentiments. I didn't get a chance to ask them what they liked about the program specifically since at the time, I wasn't a prenursing student. Anyways, not sure if this helps. :P
