Second Degree Programs

Does anyone know of any Second Degree Programs that are easy to get into? I live in Michigan and will graduate with a BS in Psychology in May and would like to start a the second degree program. I have a 3.3 GPA and finished a lot of science courses.
Any advice would be great!
