How can I find out about scholarships for nursing students? I'm looking at a one year $45K program. I'd hate to put myself in that much debt.

You might check out www.fastweb.com . That site has a lot of great info and a really detailed scholarship search. Also check with your school - $45K for a year seems ridiculously high, so they must have financial aid options available to students.

Wow, one year? That is fast.

Loans are not so bad. Some companies even pay part (or all) of them off as a sign on bonus.
