Nothing here today. I went to SFSU this morning and someone told me that all letters went out last week. She also told me that if anything comes back, they usually get in contact with the person -telephone to let them know their letter is there.

I get really irritated with SFSU sometimes. It seems that they are always way behind schedule in comparison to other colleges.

Thanks for the Goodluck! I know we need it. SFSU school to get into, so we need all positives vibes we can get.

Julz: what are the other schools you are waiting to hear from?
I think you mentioned that you heard from SFSU. What is your plan B & C? How long have you been chasing this Nursing Career?

I applied to USF/SFSU/CSU East Bay; rejected from the first two, but still waiting to hear from EB via email. I keep checking my account like a madwoman, seriously . Anywho, if I (daresay) don't make it into this last school this semester, I'll probably just focus on finishing up these last two pre-reqs (Microbiology and OChem), work and start volunteering at the local hospital until I can re-apply someplace else in the Spring, since I'm already done with all my GE's. My only concern is that I don't want to fall out next semester if I'm not in school and forget everything. This is only my first time applying for nursing programs so we'll see what fate has in store for me

Julz, you can set the CSU EB campus email acct up so that it forwards your email to your regular email address. Just log in, select settings, then select forward and add whatever email address(es) you want your mail forwarded to. I have tested it several times and it works great. I still check the Horizon acct, just in case, but at least not all day long. Though there have been some days when I have been home and had it opened on the desktop and hit refresh every time I entered the room!

I wonder if they will only send notice via the campus email, or to the email on our apps? All the email I have received from them so far has been on the campus address, so I am thinking that is the one.

Well, I got in. I made it into SFSU! Amazing. My letter arrived. Simple one page letter saying I am accepted into the BSN-Nursing Fall 2008.

I cannot believe it. I am totally speechless! I will come take a minute to digest this. Awesome

Tell you the truth, I am not sure if it will register. I feel like I should go there and ....

There is mention of my Major (Nursing) & level (junior) thats pretty much it. I went there yesterday, Nursing Department told me that in a few weeks they would send out letters to Nursing Students with special instructions. I know that some of the classes.
