Hi! I applied for SF fall 2008 and San Mateo Fall 2008 as well as SAc 2009 Jan. I have not heard much back from there, despite all my email attempts. Have youheard anything yet?

Hey! I'm applying to the ABSN program at the SF campus. Yeah, they aren't very good with emailing you back. I spoke with someone in the admissions office and the decisions won't be made until late May, early June (for Fall 2008 SF).

When I called, I was told late May/early June. Hopefully it'll be more like late May. Anybody have any idea how competitive this particular program tends to be?

Hi y'all
I think I've been hovering around these threads too long, just reading and not contributing, so I decided to join in the wait.
I also applied, I turned in my app a little late, i hope that doesn't matter too much,
I've read other posts on different threads that San Fran is less competitive compared to Oakland but a little more competitive than Sacramento, I also heard through the grapevine, that a NET score of 85 or above is a shoe-in, don't know if that is true, but I've heard more than one person say that, have you all applied to other schools?

I, too, got a phone call yesterday that I was accepted into the program, however, i didn't ask to see when I would get the package, i think it was just speechless, it feels good to be told yes after being rejected by two schools already, i hope other people are getting good news as well

I got my call yesterday too!! I was so excited, I nearly cried. I was turned down previously for a few other programs and was starting to lose hope.

BTW: if you still need pharmacology, they added another online course at Barstow College and it has room (for now anyways)
