I just finished A&P and it was a lot of work- if flashcards work for you start them from class one so that for the final you can just go over all of them to study.
I agree with the person who said learn bones and muscles now. You don't have to get very specific (for example, we didn't have to know all of the ridges on the bones- you might, but trying to learn them all would be frustrating if you didn't have to) but even just knowing where the main bones and muscles are will save you a bit of precious time later on.
If you want to get a bit ahead you could also learn the directional terms (ex. anterior, superior, distal, ex.) as they're not that hard to learn, but knowing them right off the bat will help
But don't study too hard now- save it for when you're in the course!
