Re: A&P grade?

Me too, A in both. I made notecards and memorized every little thing. It was a ton of info but with some studying it can be done. Good luck!

Re: A&P grade?

I got A's in A&P I and II with lots of studying.

I agree with the people who said attend every lecture. You can miss a lot just by missing one lecture. Attend all labs, and take advantage if your instructor offers extra lab hours.

Flash cards were my best friend. I took them everywhere with me and drilled myself often and everywhere, the gym, waiting at the restaurant, etc. Scour the internet for good pictures, and if your teacher will let you, bring a digital camera to lab and take your own flash card pictures. Just the act of making the flash cards will do wonders in helping you retain the information.

I couldn't imagine having to miss any lecture in any of the science classes. It would have thrown me lightyears behind

Re: A&P grade?

WEll I took Anatomy and Physiology seperate.. my anatomy teacher was a nightmare from hell and pretty much gave everyone a C including me. I managed to get an A in PHysiology though. My big mistake was taking Anatomy and Micro at the same time while working 56 hours a week....... it just costs too much to live on your own in Orange County

Re: A&P grade?

I received an A in API. I will take APII this Fall. Our classes only meet once a week so the 3 hours of lecture and 2 hours of lab are classes you just can't miss. Our instructor advised us to study 12 to 15 hours outside of the classroom each week, I thought he was kidding at first....he wasn't kidding, though! I really enjoyed this class and have the same instructor for Nutrition in the Fall.

I made the Trustee's Honor Roll this semester--4.0--very happy with that since I'm returning to school after 20some years!!

Re: A&P grade?

I also managed an A for both AP1 and AP2. It took hard work and dedication though. I never missed a class and studied hard. Good noted were key too!
