Wow! 50lbs that is great! How did you do it? I lost a few but gained it back...bad me. I really think with school and working its hard for me to concentrate on losing weight...hopefully I can so something to lose weight.

Just really by changing my lifestyle. I LOVE fastfood & that is what kills me! I have just learned to eat a balanced diet. Portion control is the key...! healthy snacking, etc. You can just focus on eating right and the pounds will shed off even if you dont have the time to hit the gym. I promise

Re: Nutrition....Spring 2008

I took nutrition last spring. it was easy and i got a solid B without really trying lol. my instructor really nice and she had her doctorate and taught us alot not covered in the text, which was a plus

it's alot of common sense honestly, and actually i found alot of the material interesting and relevant to everyday life hope that helps good luck

Took my first Test on Wednesday, make a 98! Woohoo! This next test I was told is the worst, most people get around 60 on the test. Hope it is not me. Taking that test in a week, wish me luck!!

Re: Nutrition....Spring 2008

I had my first test this past last week & I got a B. It wasn't so hard, but I really wanted an A. It's a pretty interesting class though.

Hey sorry I've been out of town for awhile, my hubby and I just got back last weekend from The Grammy's award show in LA. Anyway I am not taking a class at UCB I am taking the class at a Florida college online. I just found that UCB does their lectures on Podcast (or something like that) so I can view their lectures online and it helps me with understand the text better.

Took my 2nd test and make 100 this past Thursday, I don't know how I did it but I'm so excited!!!
