Is this Normal??

We don't cover the reproductive system in AP2. They cover it in another class. Is this normal? I am worried that I am going to need to learn this beforehand and won't b/c of the way my course is set up. Thanks in advance for your posts

Re: Is this Normal??

I don't know if that's "normal", but I know in every class I have ever taken, it seems like we always have more material than we do semester, so inevitably, something gets left out....

My best suggestion would be to review some of the material yourself to familiarize yourself with terminology and maybe some of the organs. I find, as a lot of people had told me, that they do some review of A & P and your other courses while you're learning in NS; the prereqs are good for orientating yourself and not having it all seem to so foreign once you start school.

Best wishes....

Re: Is this Normal??

If that is the way the school has it set up I would think you will be fine. We did cover reproductive in A&P2 but we did not have another class on it so by the time we hit Fundamentals it was assumed that we knew the basics. I'd ask them if you are still worried but I bet you will be ok.

We covered that, but not the genetic section. I think maybe if you just study over that chapter, you will be ok. You probably know enough about that anyway.
