No, you'll have to sit down and evaluate where you had the most troubles, what concepts you didn't understand, or if you just didn't have enough time to devote to the classes and retake them, one at a time may be the best so you can devote full attention to each one, while programs vary for most the minimum grade in a general education calss requirement is a C however a B would be better, good luck, keep trying and go to your instructor when you start to struggle, don't wait until it's too late to turn it around

No, you can't. All you can do is keep trying. Did you try going to tutors? I know they offer that service at our school at no charge. Hang in there and keep trying.

Hello guys, I'm new to the site and would like some advises on how to prepare for the NLN pre-entrance exam, specifically the verbal part that has to do with knowing the meaning of words not ordinarily used.

Any advices will be helpfull.

Here's what helped me- crossword puzzles and word games- sounds weird but it works! But don't fret too much about the NLN- it really was easy at least for me but I was freshly done with the pre-req's. An NLN test book helps too!

I have to say, my plan to take the test to improve on my score WORKED!!!!!

I was very confident in Math & Science, but not Language (which is always the case). For AD, I got 61 in Verbal (ugh), 94 in Math and 97 in Science!!! SO.....I GOT A COMBINED PERCENTILE OF 92!!! Composite score of 133. I am VERY happy with this score and would be VERY surprised if I didn't get into the program with it.
