Just got my email, and I am starting Fall of 08 in Brookhaven's nursing RN program.

I thought I would be jumping up and down and screaming and yelling. I think I might be in shock!!!! I keep checking to make sure it still there. I didn't tell anyone or call anyone. You guys were the first person I told on my Brookhaven thread. Finally my mom came by, and as soon as she walked in the door I started crying (strange huh). She came up and hugged me, and said " You didn't make it?". I showed her the email and she started jumping up and down and screaming and yelling while I cried lol.

Hope I can follow in your footsteps pretty quick. I was so hoping for email or letter today. I have been so distracted for a few weeks, but now I am back to being obsessive and impatient and worried again. I can't even contain myself any longer.

Ah..the memories of getting "the letter"

I know how you felt. When I got my letter I read it, and said holy wow it doesnt say we're sorry to inform you..

Then i sorta got teary eyed, called my fiance. Sent an article to my mom of how hard it is to get into NS (this lady with a 3.9 got rejected twice) and a copy of the letter I got in the mail.

But i wasnt streaking down the street butt nekkid the way I always imagined I would. :shrug:
