Daytona Beach College, accepts 120 for the fall and then 40 for the Spring Classes!

We started with about 75 in fundamentals and about 15 of those were repeaters that had just failed fundamentals the semester before. We lost about 20 in fundamentals and another 13 in Med Surg 1, and so far another 1 has dropped out. I think after this semester we will be down below 40.

My RN program at a cc accepted 74 applicants out of 156 for the fall. Once per year. That's down from 96 applicants accepted last year.

The BSN program I'm hoping to get in (I'll know in a month) admits once a year and admitted 72 last fall. As I understand it they don't have a set number of spots to fill it depends on faculty numbers. They got additional funding last year so could admit more. They pretty much said they don't think they'll admit as many for this fall....
