Gastric, Cephalic, Intestinal Phase....etc

Hey anyone have good notes on the (Gastric Phase, Cephalic Phase, Intestinal phase, Absorptive phase, Post Absorptive phase)? I have a test next week and want to get a better understanding for these topics, Thanks!

Its been so long since I studied this - first degree is BS nutrition - so I'll direct you to Krause's Food, Nutrition, and Diet Therapy. Check out the chapter on physiology of digestion. Is a gold standard text of dietetics. Or if it is really detailed info you need, Harper's Biochemistry is pretty good.
