Searching for current, graduated, or old students for information about the program at Galen College in Louisville, KY. I just would like to know some opinions, experiences, and suggestions on this school. I have currently applied and I am leaving JCC because of an advisor (lying) situation.

Any info that you can give would be greatly appreciated.

I have been a LPN for 18 years and chose Galen - Louisville to obtain my RN. I graduated Feb 2008 and passed boards in April. I am very pleased with my experience there and would highly recommend Galen to others. It is an accelerated program and extremely fast paced but worth it to complete the program in a year. The RN director at Galen is an awesome person as well as an excellent teacher. She genuinely cares about the students and goes the extra mile for them. Good luck!
