Hi, I started my course this past Fall and I will not complete it until early January. I will join this group now that I have lost the rest of my group to Finals.
I'm taking nutrition in this upcoming semester. 830-1130 on Tuesday mornings. I hate early mornings and blocked classes, but everyone said under no circumstances take it online if you like passing your classes, and this is of course the only section offered on campus.
Uh-oh, is Nutrition supposed to be a bad class? I'm excited for it, because it's one of the few nursing pre-reqs I could get into at my city college. I just want to get these courses over with so I can apply to accelerated BSN programs and be on my way to becoming a nurse!
I really enjoyed this class. Fortunately I was allowed to take it online with open book tests. It is a little challenging because it seems like it's really fast paced. Also there's a lot of things you have to remember about the vitamins.
I am taking nutrition spring semester! It will actually be my first semester of pre-nursing courses. I am so excited! Nutrition will be online, for me, though. Hopefully that doesn't mean that it's harder!
i'm taking it this spring... it's not a pre-req for my program, but i have at least another semester to wait before i start my program & it's a pre-req for a lot of RN-BSN or RN-MSN programs, so i thought i'd get it out of the way now. hopefully it's not too bad. i was thinking it'd be kind of an easy A... but from reading these posts, i guess not?

I am taking it online right now and my tests are proctored. Only me quizzes are open book open notes. So I have to actually memorize all of the information and be able to apply it to case study questions on the exams.
On the bright side, my nutrition course is so difficult that I actually am getting a really good review on the A&P II all over again. This is helpful considering I start the nursing program in January.
