I had no medical experience, but I did have 5 yrs corporate expereince. My advice is to always be professional. Sometimes, it would be nice to have medical experience. But they have to unlearn some things in order to get a good grade, so it's not perfect for them either. When you're on the floor, act courteous, professional, no loud talking (problem for some slightly younger classmates), and keep the gossiping to a minimum, if any. Watching medical tv shows seems to help a little too.
