I passed all of mine and was wondering if they get me any credit, if at all.

Also will BSN programs care which school I go to as long as I have excellent grades and test scores? ( I am looking at going to a Cal State).

Lastly, would going to a UC help me at all, if any?

it should. ap credit is college credit. check your transcript and see if they assigned class numbers to it. But as always, check with an advisor in the nurisng department to double check. from what i've seen, if they weren't going to accept that, they would specifically say that in the major outline. (that's how my school would do things)
