Question Question - College of Sequoias vs. Bakersfield College@Porterville CC

Anyone familiar with the RN programs at College of the Sequoias (bigger, newer facilities) and/or Bakersfield College being held at Porterville CC (recent higher pass rates)? Re: COS, have heard a bit of rumbling regarding attitudes towards students, etc. Bakersfield@Porterville CC is smaller but is supposed to be a friendlier group. Has anyone actually attended the programs or know anyone who has? Thanks.
