Congrats to everyone!!
The weather may suck ass today,
but at least a few of us got some good
news to brighten things up.

Okay, so I knew this was coming... but it still ****** me off. Got a letter from one of the BSN programs I applied to, it was a rejection. They said that my 6 credit CLEP exam for History did not meet their requirements because of a state law, even though another four year state university said that it did (but I can't get in there because they canceled the last prereq class I needed at the last minute!) So now I'm impatiently waiting for the two junior colleges I applied to to send out their letters. The one that is closest to my house has a notice on their website that they will post the ranking list there by Nov 1, so I'm going nuts until then! Even though lots of people have told me I have nothing to worry about, its still nerve wracking!

Crossing my fingers for everyone....

I hear ya...it doesn't matter what anyone says to you - you will freak until you GET THAT ACCEPTANCE LETTER! I understand and luckily my mind was put at ease yesterday!

I hope you hear some good news soon!!! Please be sure to keep us posted and I'll be crossing my fingers for you too!!!

I just heard that my schools cutoff was 92%!!! OMG!! And I scored a 92%...how lucky was that?? My gosh...knowing I was so close to being turned away is a very scary thing!!! But just thanking God and my lucky stars right now that I am IN THE NURSING PROGRAM FOR SPRING '08!!!

And yes...thanks to everyone for listening to me...we all know how it is, so I know you all support everyone - including me!!!

I swear, AllNurses has been a godsend this past few weeks! I keep haunting the boards, checking out who got in and who has to apply again, and I keep telling myself "It's only two more days, it's only two more days, it's only two more days....". I think I'm gonna be a nervous wreck! Thank God the results will be out before my Micro test on Thursday, otherwise, I don't think I would be able to concentrate on it! I'm making a low A right now, and I'd really like to keep it that way. This support is just phenomenal!

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!! I'll post here as soon as I find out!
