OMG...I am freaking out!!!

I had to call CLC (my school) because my husband and I are moving this weekend into next week and originally they said they would be sending out the letters the first week of November. So I wanted to know if they needed my current address or my new address.

They said as long as I'll be at my address into next week, then that should be fine because they are sending them out this week!!!! They said I should have it by Saturday, or Monday at the latest!!! AAAAHHHH!!! I'm freaking out!!!

Hi Al Future Nurses

I have officially reached insanity!!!!! I am waiting on the letter and even though I know they haven't mailed them out yet, the other day I went to the mailbox and saw alot of things in there. So guess what I do?? I systematically take each piece of mail out right there in front of my mailbox and give it the once over three times!!!. The neighbors were looking at me like I was crazy. And to make matters worse they still havent mailed them out, My birthday was Sunday and I coudnt celebrate it like I wanted to because in the back of my mind I am waiting on the letter. I have read these post before and I said I wasnt going to let the wait be that bad for me, yeah right . Nursing School is doing a number on me and I am not even in.........yet!! Just wanted to share this with people who would understand and good luck with the letters!!!

OMG! I totally feel the same way !
I only applied to one school and that was my bad decision..... i should have applied to many more....
is there any accelerated programs out there that is accepting applications for fall 2008?
I hope i get into my first school of choice since it is my only choice.
hmm im always on this sight because i feel that u guys understand the anxiety of waiting for a response can be!.

I have 19 more LONG days to wait. My school doesn't send out letters, but instead sends out emails. They only send an email if you get in so ..... I am sure I will be checking my email every 5 minutes that day, and if I don't get in I will swear my email account is at fault.

yeah, some schools email. i applied to one program who sent out emails and they accidentally sent a mass emails showing all the applicants who applied email. everyone kept emailing each other if they heard anything and when some said they got call backs for interviews, that's when the rest of us knew we weren't chosen. we ended up getting rejection emails a few days later. that was pretty harsh, even though i knew it was coming being that i didn't get the invite for the interview. i'm now waiting for two replies. one for my first choice and one for my third choice. i should know pretty soon, but the waitaaahhh, the waitttt...
