I just found out I got in!!!! I applied to 3 local community college programs and I got in on my first try to Saddleback College! Woohoo! I was hootin' and hollerin' outside when I open my letter - I just can't believe it! Go class of 2009!

I am anxiously awaiting my acceptance letter too,
I'm suppose to hear something by the end of October,
and I think I'm going to have a path wore out to the mailbox before then!

I have been a nervous wreck since the cut off date (Oct. 1st)
and now the waiting game, waiting, and waiting.

I had been in the 2 year nursing program back in 97' but as some of you know life happens, divorce, then you find yourself having to get a job to support yourself.

Now I'm happily remarried, with a perfect 4 month old son, and I'm ready to embark on my dream of nursing.

JUST SEND THE DAMN LETTER ALL READY>>>>>
(sorry I'm a little impatient) lol

Congrats to everyone that has been accepted, and I've got my fingers, toes, legs, arms, crossed for all of us still waiting......

Definately sweating here I am studying for my 2 pre tests "math for meds and Medical Terminology" that I have to pass by mid december. I am still waiting to hear back from FAFSA to see if I qualify for financial aid, and I won't find out if I'm in until January for the March 08' LPN Program. Wish me luck

I emailed one of the advisors yesterday (I couldn't take it any longer, lol) and she said I'll have it by next Monday!

but when the letter "does" come,
am I going to be able to open it?
Do I "really" want to know if I didn't get in?
